Referring to a request from sugar mills for the government to export unrefined stocks as the stockpiles reached above the ceiling on exports of about 7,00,000 tonnes. Indian mills are second to Brazil and Thailand yet India consistently exported Raw Sugar since it can’t be sold in the domestic market Centre may soon resume exporting sugar at right time.
